1. Regulations
1.1. This resolution regulates the activity of Luxaryearn clients,
who participate in the program.
1.2. Violation of this resolution entails sanctions against the
company's client.
1.3. Sanctions imply blocking of the client's account to determine
the circumstances. Luxaryearn (here in after referred to as the
"Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of
its customers and prevents the spread of personal data.
2. Terms
2.1. Spam is a mass mailing containing a referral link. This mailing
can be distributed through e-mail, forums, blogs, social networks
and other means of Internet communication and it implies the use
of scripts and other software packages that allow sending automated
mailings.
2.2. Distribution of mailings containing a manually or by word
of mouth is not treated as spam.
2.3. Account blocking is deprivation of customer’s ability
to access the account as well as perform any account operations.
3. Resolution of controversial issues
3.1. Controversial issue is a situation of blocking a client’s
account on the ground of suspicion of spam on his/her part.
3.2. Resolution of controversial issues is possible by mutual
consideration of facts evidencing of spam. Resolution of controversial
issues is conducted by the administration of Luxaryearn company
and the client.
3.3. When considering controversial issues, the client has the
right to provide his/her data as a proof of non-spam activities
on his/her part.
3.4. If the client provides convincing arguments that represent
the absence of spam activities on his/her part, Luxaryearn will
unlock a user’s account.
